1.  Food Standards Agency – Responsible for food safety and food hygiene across the UK the Food Standards Agency works with local authorities to enforce food safety regulations. They have a handy directory enabling you to check the hygiene rating of any food establishment.

2.  The Deb Group – With over 65 years’ experience in the skin care industry the Deb Group have established regimes for all types of workplace and public environments, spanning industrial, commercial, healthcare and food sectors. Their blog focuses on hand hygiene, infection prevention and food safety.

3.  British Frozen Food Federation – Their role is to promote and protect the interests of the frozen food industry. Keep up to date with the latest news and events within the frozen food industry by visiting their website.
